Whisky Business

Yeh, the title was low hanging fruit, but I'm planning a wedding so taking an easy path where I can get it! We have planned a group whisky tasting outing and have booked a tour and tasting at the Talisker (taking their last 14 spots) and Torabaigh distilleries on Friday, September 30 (hair of the dog for some maybe). Both are in spectacular locations, Talisker being in Carbost and Torabaigh on the Sleat Peninsula.

We are working on booking buses for the day, so if you want to wander around Carbost for a couple of hours and then be dropped off in Broadford or Armadale for another couple of hours of town time (shopping, pubs, galleries, scenery), we hope to offer you that option via the bus(es) as well.

Folk who have indicated a distillery desire are: Audrey, Shannon, Brad, Robert, Justin, John & Lisa, Bob, Maggie, Lucy & Drew, Steve, and Penny. One slot left. If you are not on the list, but want to be, let me know and I'll see what I can book. If we are quick, I can get more tasting slots and if we are lucky, more tour slots will open up (I will keep checking if there is interest). If you do not want to go on the Friday tours, please let me know.
