A Schedule and Bit About Meals

I finally done did it. We have enough confirmed (or close to being confirmed) that I have a schedule of events page up on the website. I'll update it when anything changes or more details become available. I'll have another blog post with details about the Raasay House offerings, which sound amazing, are primarily outdoors and are fairly weather dependent, so we'll wait until we have an idea about what the weather will be before firming up those offerings.
A note about the meals. We are taking everyone into consideration as much as possible. Dinners will be pork-free and there will be a vegetarian or fish option as well as a gluten-free option each night. We are foodies as are so many of you, and our goal is to give you a wonderful taste of Scotland. The new head chef at the Raasay House has put a lot of thought into the meals (above is the seriously yummy soup and salad I had there last week) and the first draft menu sounds wonderful. Having said that, she is also going to make available three tried and true dinner options beyond what she has planned each night. So if the menu is not to your liking, you will be able to ask for a burger, fish and chips, or chicken. We'll just need to let her know ahead of time so she can plan. She and Jeremy are working closely together, so we should have a meal plan posted by the time you get here. We eagerly look forward to sharing meals and experiences with all of you!
